Cooper Vision Proclear
Proclear contact lenses by Cooper Vision is for the correction of nearsighted and farsighted vision. The aim is to provide the user with exceptional all-day comfort and outstanding vision quality on a monthly replacement schedule.
All Day Long Comfort
Proclear uses PC Technology for real comfort all day long. So, what is PC technology? PC stands for phosphorylcholine, biocompatible with the body. In essence, this means the lens holds water for longer with less surface evaporation. Additionally, water is bound to the lens surface and acts as a shield to keep the lens clean. In effect, the lens remains hydrated, which enhances the experience and comfort of the use over more extended periods.
Furthermore, for users that experience mild symptoms of dryness due to extended wear, this contact Lens will improve the discomfort. Notably, the water molecules become part of the lens to counteract the drying out of the eye even after 12 hours of wear.
Cooper Vision Proclear Monthly Wearing Schedule
Important to realise is that these Proclear lenses are monthly. After one month or wear replace the lenses.
Your Optometrist will suggest which type of contact lens is suitable for you based on your circumstances. With this in mind, you should always consult with a professional.
Indeed, Cooper Vision Proclear Monthly lenses are not for use while sleeping. In particular sleeping with your contact lenses can reduce the oxygen to your eyes and risk corneal infections. It’s important to realise that wearing lenses while you are awake allows oxygen to circulate your cornea. To clarify, allowing more oxygen to your eye allows your eyes to breath and provides comfort.
